After surviving abuse, divorce, cancer, the challenges of single motherhood, and heartbreaking family struggles, I’ve learned that setbacks don’t have to define our future — they can become the foundation for a new beginning. Through my darkest seasons, my faith, my determination, and the unconditional love of my pets reminded me that healing is possible even when hope feels distant.
Today I live with fibromyalgia and I’m walking my own health journey — one that led me to gastric bypass surgery this year and to a lean, protein-forward, keto-friendly way of eating that keeps me fueled and moving. Everything I learn along the way, I bring here to share. SheRise isn’t a faceless store — every product and tool you’ll find is something I personally use and believe in: the supplements and wellness trackers that help me manage chronic pain, the protein-based meals and menus that support my healing, the beauty and home finds that make everyday life feel good, and the pet essentials born from the animals who carried me through.
